Predominantly my works are in steel. Recycled steel and its properties create the challenge of resurrecting manipulating and representing the material into a figurative motif from the everyday. That the steel has had a previous life and inadvertently presents with its own various forms, textures and patterns that time has etched onto the medium is a part of the attraction.
